We had our Hot water heater and furnace replaced and it was the best decision we made to go with Nice heating and air! It’s now working properly! Ron and Von’s customer service was outstanding! They were very patient and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make us happy. If you want great customer service and your units done correctly, request them to do the job! We are so happy!

Great experience with these guys, they installed a new heating and cooling system for us about a year ago, we've been on the service plan ever since and it's been working very well. Any issues that have popped up have been addressed immediately. Colt came by today for a regular service appointment and resolved some freezing coils we've been encountering with all the hot weather. Top notch!

Mr. Shartzer came to provide a diagnostic for my mini split unit. He arrived promptly, examined the exterior unit, and provided info regarding a replacement unit and cost. He also asked if there was anything else he could help with. Good 1st experience with this company. Scheduling the appointment online was very easy as well.

Cannot say enough about the service we get from NICE! We have them come in twice a year and their service program is hassle free. Today, our technician, Timothy Roberts, went above and beyond. I had several questions about our HVAC system. I received honest and thorough information. He also mentioned that they do dryer vent cleaning! We added that service today. I am so appreciative of the service and the ease of scheduling. Keep up the great work, Timothy and NICE!

We’ve had a preventative maintenance contract with Nice since 2019. Yesterday was our spring service, and Freddy was the tech. He's the best tech we've had from Nice. He was courteous, competent, thorough, and he showed us things nobody had shown us before - like that the control box for the fireplace they had installed for us has batteries. Our remote wasn't working and when I said we had changed the batteries, he asked if we'd changed the batteries in the box. What box? LOL.
He kept us in the loop on what he was doing, and he made sure to leave everything as he found it. He even remembered to set our thermostats back to the setting we had them on when he arrived. Most techs forget to do that.
We had such a positive experience with him that I plan to always request him moving forward.
