Say hello to John, the friendly voice you’re likely to hear when you call Nice Heating & Air. A Lorton, VA native, John started his career in customer service in 2019  and brings his expertise to our team from his studies at Old Dominion University. His role is essential—answering your calls, helping book appointments, and gently reminding our Cozy Club members when it’s time for their next appointment.

When asked about his commitment to client service, John puts it simply: “I’m here to make your life easier. Whether you’re scheduling a repair or have questions about your HVAC system, my goal is to provide you with quick, helpful, and friendly service every time you call.”

Away from the phone, John has a lively set of interests that range from professional wrestling to video games. In fact, he claims to be the biggest fan of professional wrestling you’ll ever meet! When it comes to unwinding, John enjoys a cup of coffee and savors his favorite dish, Tinola, a comforting Filipino food. Though he’s single, John brings a sense of family to our team, treating every client with the warmth and respect they deserve.
