Introducing Eric, the latest addition to the Nice Heating & Air family, who joined us in 2023 as our dedicated Parts Runner. With his background in Woodbridge and Alexandria, Eric brings a local understanding and a fresh perspective to our operations.

In his role, Eric is vital in ensuring that our install crews and service members have the necessary tools and equipment for each job. His meticulous approach to managing warehouse inventory and tracking items ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Eric’s commitment to client service is rooted in respect and honesty, values he applies in every interaction. “It’s my absolute pleasure to work with clients and ensure my team has everything they need to succeed,” he shares.

Inspired by his mom, who worked her way to the top in the warehouse industry, Eric embodies a strong work ethic and dedication. Outside of work, he’s a lover of the great outdoors, with a passion for surfing, longboarding, and sports. His adventurous spirit and active lifestyle reflect the energy and enthusiasm he brings to his role at Nice Heating & Air.

When it’s time to recharge, Eric reaches for a Vitamin Water and enjoys a hearty steak, fueling up for his next day of making a difference in the warehouse and on the field.
