Max Davidson

Meet Max Davidson, Project Manager at Nice Heating & Air in Lorton, VA. Max began his career in HVAC in 2010 when he earned his EPA 609 certification, specializing in auto HVAC systems. Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Max brings a strong work ethic and dedication to customer service that was instilled in him by his parents, who now reside in Florida.

As Project Manager, Max is committed to ensuring every customer receives top-tier service. He listens carefully to customer concerns, educates them on their HVAC systems, and provides timely solutions, often offering on-site estimates to meet their heating and cooling needs that same day. Max is passionate about treating customers as he would want to be treated, ensuring satisfaction and comfort in every home. 

Outside of work, Max enjoys driving on the weekends and exploring new culinary experiences, whether cooking at home or trying new restaurants. Fun fact: Max notes that R22, a refrigerant used in older HVAC systems, is now worth more than many precious metals, highlighting the evolving nature of the HVAC industry. Max’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction makes him a vital part of the Nice Heating & Air team.
