*New equipment must be purchased from and installed by NICE. It is not valid with any other offers or discounts. The NICE Heating & Air Cash for Clunkers program offers cash incentives to customers who upgrade their old, inefficient HVAC systems to qualifying Rheem brand systems purchased and installed by NICE Heating & Air by December 31, 2024. To be eligible, customers must inform us of their intention to participate before purchasing and installing new equipment, ensuring eligibility for the program. Please note that the program cannot be applied retroactively; customers who request cash incentives after the installation will not qualify for cashback. The incentive values are as follows: $500 for a furnace, $500 for an air conditioner, $250 for a water heater, and $250 for a water softener. Additionally, we offer 12-month, no-payment, no-interest financing on qualifying purchases, allowing customers to defer payments until Fall 2025 with approved financing. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and is valid only through December 31, 2024.
